Returns:

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

– Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.

– Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

– Be returned with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for a return.


Exchanges:

Currently we are unable to offer exchanges, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order of the appropriate item.


Refunds: 

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged items:

When you purchase a product from Timocléa, we unconditionally guarantee that it will be free of any defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect condition and this is not due to the client’s mishandling, we will gladly exchange your scarf with the same item at no additional cost.
If that’s your case, send us an email at info@timoclea.com (within 14 days from date of delivery).

Explain what is wrong and attach a photo clearly indicating the fault.
